Fitnessplate Future 3D takes whole body vibration training to a entirely new level. Our Fitnessplate offers side alternating vibration, constant vibration and a 3D dimensional turning motion which will target muscles you didn´t even know you had.
The remote control is now in the shape of a wristwatch which fits perfectly around your wrist, this allows you to focus entirely on your workout and you no longer have to put down or pick up the remote to change workout programs.
Fitnessplate Future 3D offers three pre-programmed workouts that will put your body through a complete workout in 15 minutes. And if you don´t feel like doing one of those, you can of course pick and choose exactly what you want to do that specific day. Just start Future 3D without choosing one of the pre-programmed workouts and you can adjust the speed freely and levels of vibration.

What does each of the three pre-programmed workouts do exactly?
If you chose “P1” the Fitnessplate will start a “lateral turning program”. The product will start doing laterals turns. This program with help you to strengthen especially the smaller muscles which can be difficult to target with normal training, but with this type of workout all of those muscles will need to work together to keep you standing firm on our product.
If you chose “P2” the Fitnessplate will start a specific vibration workout (without a lateral turning). This program is especially good to strengthen the body for people who suffer from pain related issues, and to increase blood flow in the body, which offers a lot of benefits in itself.
If you chose “P3” the Fitnessplate will start a combination of both the P1 and P2 programs which will put you through the most complete workout our Fitnessplate Future 3D, and vibration training has to offer. This might, or might not be something you should do right away, it all depends in your previous experience. Slow and steady wins the race.
When it comes to the three programs mentioned above, you don´t have the option to change the speed or workout duration (besides obviously just getting of the Fitnessplate) since they´re already preset and integrated into the programs.
However, if you want to choose freely between all the available options you can use the included remote. Press the remotes “F-button” where “F1” represents “P1” and so on, but with the option to change speed and workout duration. By pressing T on the remote you adjust the duration and by pressing H you adjust the speed.

Vibration training was developed in the early 1970´s when a more effective way to help astronauts and cosmonauts returning from space. After an extended period in zero gravity their bodies become so fragile that regular workouts were difficult and dangerous to implement. And so the need for a low impact but effective way of working out was born. Full body vibrations training turned out to be exactly that, the muscle mass and bone tissue increased and returned to a normal state while not putting too much stress on the joints, tendons or ligaments. Which is also the reason elite athletes has incorporated vibration training during their recovery from injuries. Studies conducted on the subject has shown that the muscles gets activated on deeper level and as a result of this up to 50% more muscle tissue gets activated, compared to regular workouts by standing on a vibration plate. Even the easiest of exercises causes a big amount of muscle contractions which makes the workout more efficient and allows you to shorten the workout duration drastically with the same results as a much longer workout.

Arthritis; People who suffers from this knows that the symptoms becomes less severe with continuous training. The issue usually lies in the fact that the workouts themselves are usually so painful so it gets neglected for obvious reasons, but vibrations training offers a solution to this due to the low impact training which hopefully allows this vicious circle to be broken.
Fat loss; One of the most popular benefits from vibration training, and probably working out overall is fat loss. To conduct the study, 55 participants were divided into five control groups. Among the different subjects that were studied, one group only trained on a vibration plate 2 to 3 times per week for 8 to 13 minutes each session. Another group used the same exercise regimen but with the addition of a 24 to 48 minutes cardio session. Exercises performed on vibration plates followed a similar routine for both control groups.
The study ran for six months with baseline measurements that were taken during the research that included skin conditions, circumference of cellulite prone areas, as well as body fat and lean mass percentage of the participants.
